Hiking at Snowbird

Whether you start from the Snowbird Center or ride the Aerial Tram and start on Hidden Peak, you’ll find hiking in the Wasatch Mountains to be a rewarding experience. Snowbird’s extensive network of trails provides near-limitless opportunities for outdoor enjoyment.

Snowbird also features a wheelchair accessible, Barrier Free Trail. This stunning one mile round-trip nature walk begins at the Snowbird Plaza and ends up at a beautiful observation deck overlooking the Gad Valley. Adults and children of all ages and abilities can enjoy this low impact hike.
