Located on the mountain, just off the Mid-Gad chairlift and featuring chili, soups, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and more. Mid-Gad is a great place to stop for a hearty lunch or a quick snack.

The Mid-Gad Espresso Bar serves giant rice krispy treats and famous alpine brownies.

Step out of your skis or un-strap your board and stop in at The Mid-Gad Restaurant for a quick lunch mid-slope.

Serving our famous BBQ pulled pork sandwich, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, chili, and a large selection of beers. Mid-Gad features the largest outside patio seating area at Snowbird with some of the best mountain views in the state.

The Mid-Gad restaurant is located mid-mountain in Gad valley and can be accessed from Hidden Peak via Little Cloud Bowl, from the GadZoom chair lift via Lunch Run or from the top of the Mid-Gad chair lift.
